Ridgewood HOA Meeting Update:  

Updated 5/18/2010:  The HOA Board Positions are as follows:

  • HOA President: Kyle Ward
  • HOA Vice-President: Pam Flitton
  • HOA Secretary/Treasurer: Dianne Fangman

Thanks for returning the proxy; we had 40 proxies returned, thus were able to meet minimal quorum requirements. 

Congratulations to returning Board Member Dianne Fangman, and for new Board Members Pam Flitton and Kyle Ward.  Their positions (president, vice-president, and secretary) will be determined at the May Board Meeting on May 11.

Interested in helping out with any committee's?  You could be our next Volunteer of the Year!  It doesn't take much, I promise you.   Openings include Social Committee, Neighborhood Watch Committee, Yard of the Month Committee, and Welcoming Committee. 

Also, congratulations to the Raffle winners: 

  • Mr & Mrs Henning of 1003 Downridge Drive
  • Kyle Ward of 1014 Vintage Drive. 

OK - and congratulations to the Volunteer of the Year to Doug Fugate.   He really appreciates it!

Pat Womack of the City of Leander Public Works Department made a special guest appearance and discussed the plans for Crystal Falls Parkway, Phase 2A.  Phase 2A is from 183A to Leander Drive; Phase 2B is from Leander Drive to US HWY 183 (including railroad tracks).

HOA Easement - Ridgewood North

“Management has received complaints regarding the maintenance of the easement in front of Ridgewood North.  Please note that this area will be mowed as soon as it becomes dry enough for equipment to access the area.  The area will be included in regular maintenance going forward.”

Directional signage will be posted on the building’s main entrances and also the direct phone line to the Conference Room so in the event the doors are locked, residents may call the conference room phone line to request entry.

The next newsletter will be the bi-monthly issue of September/October 2010.  The deadline to be included in it is August 21st.  So please get your things in ASAP!

Newsletter Advertising: We are accepting ad's in the newsletter. Ad's are $35.00 for color (front & back availability - prime placement) and $25.00 for BW (inside newsletter). Ad's are the size of a business card, either horizontal or vertical. And ad's will be included for the duration of the month of the newsletter on our website.

Ad's help pay for the cost of the newsletter production, including printing & mailing. We pay someone to do this as it is very time consuming and much better if a professional, like Leander Print Center, is doing for us.

Annual Assessments are due in full by Jan 31, 2010, in the amount of $300.00.  If not paid in full by that date, a late fee of $25.00 per month will be assessed until it is paid in full.  Contact Board of Directors in writing in c/o RealManage, 10800 Pecan Park Blvd, Suite, 100, Austin, TX 78750 if you have extenuating circumstances for which affects your ability to pay the assessment in full by January 31st, 2010 so they can work on a plan with you to avoid late charges.  Or email service@realmanage.com
